| Specification: | The PPr pipes produced at extruder lines are covered with Aluminum folio, which is coated with adhesive substance. The outer surface of the folio is also covered with adhesive material and that is again covered with PPr. Since the properties of the adhesive and the process are Dizayn’ s licensed methods, the necessary peeling force of 15 N that is required by the standards is provided 400 % . In the market currently there are products whose top cover is not adherent to the Aluminum. It is not possible for these products to prevent elongation. Therefore, production technique is important in terms of the quality of the system.
For the pipes with perforated folios, adhesive material is not necessary. Since the outer cover and the pipe inside are of the same material , they can surge up. These types of pipes do not have Oxygen barrier property. Because of this they are marketed with the name “ Stable Pipe”
Can be used at 95° C
Oxy-stable pipe with the wall thickness of 20 bar has a resistance of 32 bars.
When it reaches 80° C it elongates 1 mm in each 1000 mm
Prevents the Oxygen in the air to pass to the water through the pipe
The thickness of the Aluminum folio is 150 micron
The adhesive capacity of the folio is 4 times the standard and there would be no separation with time
Welding capacity is very high
Since its density is 0, 905 gr/ cm3 it is light in weight
